A BOP “RELEASED” result means no longer in BOP custody, not freedom from every other authority or from federal supervision. An ICE miss is also uncertain. Use only the systems supported by known facts.
Dates should also be labeled by source. A TDCJ projected date is a calculation, while an Actual Release Date records an event. A county court date may mark a hearing or signed order without marking the jail exit.
